• Refunds, chargebacks, or payment recalls may not be based on third-party outcomes or on the results of the client's own post-consultation decisions.

10.1 By Client: You may terminate our engagement at any time by providing written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.

10.2 By Company: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if we believe, in our sole discretion, that the client is using our Services for unlawful purposes, has provided false information, or has breached these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction.
